What is MonstaReel UGC?
A pay-as-you-go studio for talking-avatar ads. Pick an AI person, we help write a UGC-style script, you download an MP4 for TikTok, Reels, and Meta. No hiring creators, no camera.
How long does a UGC video take?
Most talking-avatar clips are ready in about 2–5 minutes (sometimes a bit longer under load). Website explainers can take 5–15 minutes — we email you when they are done.
How does pricing work?
UGC is pay as you go only: $9 per 30-second video, $15 per 60-second, or packs ($39 for 5 × 30s, $69 for 10 × 30s). No UGC subscription. Faceless reels (subscription or pack) stay available after you sign in, with separate credits.
Do I own the videos I create?
Yes. Generated videos are yours to download, post, and run as ads. Paid UGC has no watermark.
What is Product in hand?
A coming-soon mode where the AI person holds your product on camera from a pack shot you upload. Classic talking-head UGC is live today.
Is Faceless gone?
No. After you log in, the dashboard still has Create Faceless — topic → AI voice → B-roll → captions. The public site now leads with UGC because that is what customers actually buy.
What platforms can I post to?
You download the MP4 and post or upload it to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads, or anywhere else. Auto-posting is not included.
